Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
1. Email your request to info@cyanoasis.com with your reason for return.
2. Once we receive your request, we will respond with return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship your item to the designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package is received your return will be completed.

Damages and Issues
If you're returning your item because it is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part, you will not be charged for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items, and will be credited to the original form of payment.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Kindly Notice
Return or exchange freight is based on the actual charge of the Courier company.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
