How to Quickly Install Your Cyan Oasis Wind Spinner

Welcome, garden fans! This is a quick and easy guide to installing your Cyan Oasis Wind Spinner.

We are pleased that you chose to place our Wind Spinner so that you could save a chance to provide both colorful bliss to your yard and even to move. It fit well in, spins well, and does not blow away on a blustery day. This simple guide is everything you must follow in order to get up and going within a few minutes.

Step 1: Install the Bottom Stake

We'll begin with the insertion of the bottom stake into the soil as the bottom stake is what carries it all along. The bottom pole is heavy-duty quality and easy to handle with one hand. If the entire windmill is assembled before being installed in the ground, its weight will make the installation process difficult.

For Soft Soil:

Insert it into the ground with your feet or hands. In case the soil is a bit tough, tap it in using a rubber mallet. Passing a metal hammer can scratch or break the coating or even destroy it. Make sure the stake is straight and in place, then continue.

For Hard or Compact Soil:

To make the soil moist and loose by watering it thoroughly or using tools to break up the soil. Then, insert the stake and press the soil firmly around it with your foot. Let the soil have time to dry and settle of its own-this enhances grip.

Before continuing to the next step, don't forget to check for stability. In case of shaking, either lay more soil or think of a stabilizer.

Step 2: Attach the remanent parts.

After having a bottom stake well rooted, the installed spinner part and other additional poles can be secured to the base pole as needed.

After completing the installation, it is necessary to check if the wind spinner is installed vertically to the ground. If the wind spinner pole is not perpendicular to the ground, it will affect the rotation of the wind spinner and the service life of the windmill pole.

Wind Safety Tips

Cyan Oasis Wind Spinner has been designed to ensure it does not dishearten when met with a wind of up to 40 mph. But when very strong wind or persistent wind strikes then it can tip over or lean in case the soil is not hard enough. This may causes the wind spinner to be damaged.

In a windy spot, or in a loose sandy soil, we suggest to Bolster your Wind Spinner to a permanent anchor (fence post or deck rail).

If you feel trouble of insert the wind spinner into the soil, we also recommend to consider the Cyan Oasis Square Base which can simply take the spinner indoors easily in bad weather. No tools required!
